- 3 planning meetings leading up to your Wedding Day
- Set up and breakdown of your personal decor
- Creation of a detailed Wedding Day timeline
- Consultation time with your wedding coordinator during the planning process
- Vendor recommendations
- Communication with your wedding venue and wedding day professionals leading up to your Wedding Day
- Venue walkthrough and logistics visit
- Attend and direct a one hour ceremony rehearsal
- On-site coordination and supervision at the ceremony site and during the reception for up to 12 hours on the Wedding Day
- Use of a Wedding Day emergency kit
- Wedding Day Assistant to help with decor set up and support your Wedding Coordinator throughout the event, as needed

Secure Your Date
Once you’ve decided we’re a good fit, you’ll secure your date by signing a contract and submitting a non-refundable booking retainer. The remaining balance will be due 90 days before your wedding date.
