In the weeks leading up to the wedding, we didn’t have to worry about structuring timelines or communicating with vendors which took a huge stress off. When it came to the day of, we could fully focus on, enjoy, and be present in every aspect of our day because I knew any behind the scenes logistics, vendor questions, timeline disruptions, guest issues, etc. were 100% fully taken care of by Courtney. I also rented all silk florals for our wedding that required DIY set up instead of a florist and Courtney PERFECTLY executed the vision I had for EVERYTHING… from the ceremony, to the reception space, to personal details.
Overall, it was the BEST possible decision to hire Courtney; and even though we also had a venue coordinator, I can’t imagine not having a day of coordinator too. Whether it was directing the ceremony processional, surprise cocktails in the suite after our ceremony, to bustling my gown with a safety pin, assisting with family photos, running to get champagne for our sunset photos, or making sure we ate our cocktail hour food, dinner or had our signature drinks in hand, Courtney was visible to us the entire day, went above and beyond for us, and having her by our side made such a big difference. Finally, she took behind the scenes videos throughout the day that I will cherish forever.
If you want a smooth running, organized, memorable day, with someone by your side to take care of all of the hiccups and keep track of your timeline that is incredibly trustworthy and will do it with a smile on her face – do not hesitate to hire Courtney!!!”

When I began planning for my wedding, I did not intend to hire a wedding coordinator. But at some point in the process, while my mom and I were racking our brains to figure out who we could ask to be responsible for certain things (setting up items beyond what the venue would do, opening church doors for the bride’s entrance, etc.), I finally came to the conclusion that I needed to hire a wedding coordinator.
Hiring Allure Weddings & Events was one of the best wedding decisions I made! I truly could not have had the wedding I envisioned (and ultimately had) without them!! Courtney immediately made me feel at ease when she described her services. While I went with her “day-of” services, the process starts more than a month out. Our first details meeting was so thorough and made feel like a weight was lifted off my shoulders. I suddenly had help doing the small things I couldn’t do myself! Courtney was also able to provide amazing advice and suggestions based on her experience. She came up with ideas to make things more seamless and efficient that I hadn’t even thought of.
Courtney’s communication with my vendors was so helpful to make sure everyone was working off the same timeline. You don’t realize how nice it is to be shielded from some of that communication towards the end until you’re in it. I didn’t have to worry about any of it! During my final meeting with the venue leading up to the wedding, they commented on how easy Courtney was to work with. They don’t always have great experiences with external coordinators, but they raved about Courtney.
The day of the wedding, I felt SO supported, and it felt very freeing knowing I didn’t have to be responsible for thinking about the details. Courtney and her amazing assistant Jenessa seemed to be everywhere at once, guiding guests where to go, ensuring the bride and groom didn’t cross paths before the ceremony, managing vendor arrivals, carrying things, cuing the ceremony, setting things up at the reception venue, gratuity disbursement, etc… They were lifesavers!!! Anytime I had a question or felt like there was an issue, I just looked around for Courtney or Jenessa, and it was handled! They were also the last ones at the venue with my parents helping to break things down and load them into cars.
I will never NOT recommend that every bride hire a wedding coordinator, and I can’t recommend Allure Weddings enough!!! The experience, communication, organization, and kindness you get from them is incredible! Thanks to them, I have nothing but amazing memories from my day! They went above and beyond.
