3 Month Wedding Coordination
This service is for the couple who wants a professional to take on the last of the planning and manage their wedding day from set up to break down.
What this package includes:
- Logistics and coordinating to begin 12 weeks before your Wedding Day
- Welcome meeting
- 3 planning meetings leading up to your wedding day
- Creation of a detailed wedding timeline for contracted vendors and bridal party
- Consultation time with your wedding coordinator during the planning process
- Vendor recommendations
- Communication with your wedding venue and wedding day professionals leading up to your Wedding Day
- Development of a detailed wedding timeline for contracted vendors and bridal party
- Site visit to ceremony and reception sites prior to the wedding
- Attend and direct a one hour ceremony rehearsal
- On-site coordination and supervision at the ceremony site and during the reception for up to 12 hours on the Wedding Day
- Set up and breakdown of all decor

Day of Wedding Coordination
This service is for the couple who has their wedding plans finalized but needs someone to coordinate the behind the scenes on their wedding day.
What this package includes:
- Logistics and coordinating to begin 6 weeks before your Wedding Day
- Welcome meeting
- 1 planning meeting leading up to your wedding day
- Consultation time with your wedding coordinator during the planning process
- Vendor recommendations
- Communication with your wedding venue and wedding day professionals leading up to your Wedding Day
- Site visit to ceremony and reception sites prior to the wedding
- Attend and direct a one hour ceremony rehearsal
- On-site coordination and supervision at the ceremony site and during the reception for up to 10 hours on the Wedding Day
- Set up and breakdown of basic decor
Starting at $1,150
Decor Consultation & Set Up
This service is for the DIY couple who doesn’t want or need someone to manage the behind the scenes but could use help planning and setting up their decor.
What this package includes:
- One hour decor consultation meeting to discuss your vision for your Wedding Day
- Vendor recommendations for rental companies and floral design
- Up to 6 hours for decor set up on your wedding day, including but not limited to ceremony decor, signage displays, tablescapes, and sweetheart table design

Receive a Custom Proposal
When you’re ready, we’ll create a customized proposal that lays out the specifics of the services we can offer, as well as all fees that may apply to your event, so you have full price transparency.

Secure Your Date
Once you’ve decided we’re a good fit, you’ll secure your wedding date and package by signing a contract and submitting a 25% deposit. The remaining balance will be due upon the beginning of services.
Important Things to Know
- All packages are priced for 139 guests or less and include one wedding coordinator. A wedding assistant is required for any event with 140 guests or more and will be added to your package at an additional cost.
- Travel fees may apply to your event. Any travel fees will be disclosed in your proposal and contract.
